In conjunction with National Moth Week, the Don Harrington Discovery Center will be hosting Chris Grinter, entomologist at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, for a lecture on moths. The Discovery Center will be partnering with Wildcat Bluff Nature Center for the evening. Guests will learn about moths from Mr. Grinter then explore the great outdoors at Wildcat Bluff as they become Citizen Scientists and search for moths to admire and record with their cameras!

The 1 hour lecture (~45 50 min talk, 10 -15 min question/answer period) will start at 7:00 PM. The mothing event will start at Wildcat Bluff Nature Reserve at sunset (8:58 PM).

The lecture is free for members of the Don Harrington Discovery Center and/or Wildcat Bluff Nature Center. The lecture fee is $ 5.00 for non-members. The coinciding mothing event is free to the public.
